Honsar first entered the graffiti scene through character painting in 1991. Later on, he started style writing and experimenting with different graffiti styles to find his very own visual language. While lettering remains the formative basis of his style, Honsar incorporates figurative details and organic forms to allow different facets for viewing. In his canvas works, the elements of his visual language repeat themselves free of the writing to address charged and dependent relationships between the individual and the respective social or systemic environment in which it is located. Honsar lives and works as a freelance artist in Frankfurt am Main.
